RITUAL is how align we within to without. 45 minutes of intuitive movement to deepen your connection to your body and Self. an immersive experience combining somatic practices, vinyasa yoga, mindful stretching, and an intuitive flow. we’ll move in connection with our mental, physical, and energetic bodies to tune in and unwind. Workouts are barefoot. Bring your own mat, sweat towel, and water bottle.
