Intermediate Aerial: Open Hang

About this event

Previous experience in the aerial hammock is mandatory for this class. Knowledge of how to safely invert in the hammock into star pose is recommended. We will explore mobility, balance, strength, and stretch. Class will begin with an instructor led warm up then there will be open time to move through inversions of the students choosing. This part of class will have more of an open gym feel to facilitate individual exploration with the aid of the instructor to offer guidance and assistance. Class will conclude with a cool down and Savasana integration. PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE , as class slots fill up.
