About this event
Restorative aerial class that focuses on longer held postures and stretches, supported by the low aerial hammock, inviting the body to soften & release tension. Make space and time for the body to settle into deep rest. Soothe the mind and body in this slow paced, meditative class. Beginner friendly class. Please wear comfy clothing that contains NO snaps, zippers, or hard metal/plastic components as they can tear the fabric. All are welcome, but hammocks are limited - save your silk online.
