Kim Hankins is the Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Job One , an organization that helps neurodiverse adults find employment opportunities.

Kim graduated from University of Saint Mary with a BA in Fine Arts and a Masters of Business Administration. She was a part of the women’s basketball and softball team and returned to work in the Athletic department as a graduate assistant.
