Aerial Hammock Basics

This aerial hammock class is focused on beginner level activities. Through seated, standing, elevated and inverted postures, we'll explore mobility, balance, strength and play with the support of the silk. A floating savasana, or cocoon, inside the hammock completes the class. No experience necessary, bring a mat and your curiosity! Inversions are always optional. *Please wear comfortable clothing with NO metal or plastic components - NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry*
