About this event
**THE LOTUS GARDEN — a ZENDYS immersive sound journey**
Growth doesn’t skip the mud.
The Lotus Garden is a one-hour immersive experience built around the journey of the lotus — beginning beneath the surface, rooted in darkness, rising through murky water, and eventually opening into bloom.
This is not a traditional sound bath, meditation, or performance. There is no stage and no audience-performer divide.
Instead, guests will recline together as the room moves through five chapters of sound, guided narration, frequency undertones, darkness, light, and stillness:
**Arrival** — entering the garden as you are
**Descent** — moving beneath the surface into what is unseen
**Growth** — the first movement toward light
**Bloom** — the emotional and sonic peak of the journey
**Reflection Pool** — returning to stillness and integrating what remains
The experience is primarily designed to be felt with the eyes closed, allowing sound to create the world around you. Those who choose to open their eyes will experience slow shifts in lighting and atmosphere throughout the hour.
The soundscape moves through water, night ambience, aquatic textures, ambient music, spoken reflection, and Solfeggio-inspired frequency undertones — gradually expanding from grounded and introspective into something fuller, brighter, and more spacious.
Before entering the garden, guests will be welcomed with a specially created **ZENDYS Dream Ritual botanical tea** blend and an additional reflection journal with space to notice where you are before the journey and what remains afterward.
You do not need experience with meditation, sound healing, or anything else.
You do not need to arrive feeling peaceful.
You do not need to have anything figured out.
Some may come carrying grief. Some uncertainty. Some burnout. Some curiosity. Some may simply want an hour away from the pace of everyday life.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome to enter the garden as you are.
**What to bring:**
The experience is floor-based, so please bring anything that will allow you to recline comfortably for an hour (a yoga mat or padded surface, blanket, pillow, cushion, or whatever helps you create your own little nest)
Come as you are.
Go beneath the surface.
See what begins to bloom.
