Intro to Aerial Silks - Teen and Adult This class will give students an expanded appreciation of their bodies and stimulate their interest in trying and learning new things. You will be challenged from where you start, and grow from there. Everyone comes in with different abilities, so no worries and no competition. Fitness, fun and friendship while developing strength and flexibility and improving your health and well-being. Aerial fitness is great conditioning for any other activity or sport. You will increase core strength and boost confidence while you learn the 'There's Nothing I Can't Do' mantra. You won't even realize they're 'working out.' You'll enjoy learning the many ways to climb, cool skills, and fun drops. Boys and girls as young as 11 are welcome. All of the work is closely supervised and done at a low level above soft landing mats. Aerial Silks - Single class $22
