About this event
In 2005, Kansas Reads to Preschoolers began as a One-Book/One-State Intergenerational Reading Initiative to highlight the importance of reading to children. Each year, a committee of librarians and educators selects a title with the goal of ensuring that every Kansas child from birth to age 5 has the opportunity to listen to it being read during the month of November. This year's book is Lightning Bug Jamboree by Stephanie Brinkley. Join Louisburg Library, and preschoolers across Kansas in celebrating Kansas Reads to Preschoolers this November!
