Poultry Processing Workshop

About this event

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of poultry processing. Participants will practice processing a duck and a chicken as a group before processing a quail on their own. Please note that participants must be 18 or older. $50 per person; maximum of 10 participants. In these hands-on workshops, you'll learn the basics of handling and caring for common livestock animals and have the chance to practice your skills with Mahaffie staff.
