KC Craft Ramen Guest Chef Series brings a guest ramen shop directly from Japan every few months.
This time, an award winning ramen shop in Hiroshima, SEITEN WO TSUKE -衝青天- is flying in from Hiroshima, Japan to take over KC Craft Ramen for just 5 days!
Located in Nagarekawa, Hiroshima, SEITEN WO TSUKE creates ramen that goes BEYOND the ordinary.
Combining silky beef bone broth(Gyukotsu) with exceptional Hiroshima local ingredients like oysters, premium beef and even MATCHA!
You can enjoy the owner & chef, Junichi Nagano's masterpieces without flying all the way to Hiroshima.
