About this event

Power Yoga 1 is a fundamentals-focused class built around alignment, breath, and the Power Life method. Gently heated and methodically paced, you'll build core strength, learn the postures, and get introduced to vinyasa flow — the practice of moving through postures using breath and movement together. Power Yoga 1 is a natural starting point for beginners, but anyone who wants to go deeper on the fundamentals will find something here. Cost: $5 drop-in for non-members, *included in membership for those who already hold a membership or class package. (Target room temperature = 85°)
