Been sitting at a desk all day? Or just want to get a quick workout in before the weekend? Come ready to sweat in this 45-minute heated class ! Bring a towel and a water bottle. Class will consist of a 10 minute warmup, 25 minutes of cardio/strength, 5 minute cool down, and 5 minutes of mandatory savasana. Drop-in price: $18
