Healthy Athletes – Health Promotion at State Volleyball
Make your health a priority while competing at the Special Olympics Kansas State Volleyball Tournament !
As part of the Special Olympics Kansas Healthy Athletes program, athletes will have the opportunity to participate in Health Promotion activities designed to provide practical information and resources for making healthy choices. Participants can learn more about healthy habits, fitness and wellness while taking a break from the competition.
Health Promotion helps athletes build the knowledge and confidence they need to make healthy choices both on and off the court.
