Description: Queerz+Trans Mindful Movement & Meditation (QT MMM) group is a free & welcoming space for all QT bodies to move & breathe towards our individual and collective liberation.
The class includes:
Freeform Dance: To move all that lives within you - rage, joy, grief, desire - it is all welcome. No steps to learn, independently paced, all weirdness welcomed.
Meditation: Instruction in traditional technique to settle & ground in the breath.
QT community circle: To connect, process together & give space to one another in love and gratitude.
Come just as you are, no ecperience needed and no cost to attend, but preregistration is appreciated!
