Kids love to climb. This is a perfect class for your energetic child. This class is a great balance for other sports kids participate in. It builds spatial awareness and core and upper body strength that transfer to other activities. And it's a great class if kids don't like the competitive aspect of sports. We will teach them to "ruthlessly compete with their own best self." Apollo engineers. They'll learn our "Four Golden Rules," and what the "reward" is when they break it. It's good, we promise. Kids will enjoy this full body workout, gaining physical strength and endurance as they learn foundational skills and continue to build on them. They'll gain mental confidence as they challenge themselves with new things and see all the possibilities. It is fun and fitness all rolled into one. For Ages 6-11 $18 per class
