About this event
A Beginning, small group Pilates Apparatus Class. This entry-level class is perfect for those new to Pilates. The class will utilize traditional Pilates apparatus, mostly the reformer and/or tower, along with other small props. Recommended for those that are new to Pilates or those wanting to focus on the fundamentals and work at a slower pace and intensity. This is a 50-minute class. Prerequisite: None
