About this event
A Multi-Level, small group Pilates Apparatus Class. This all-levels class uses traditional Pilates apparatus; reformer, chair, tower, jump board, long/short box, along with other small props. Class will be taught at a moderate pace and intensity that is suited for most people looking for a full body workout that have some experience working on the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair. This is a 50-minute class. Prerequisite: Some experience working on the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair.
