About this event
SPIN Power classes are power-based classes which follow the basic concepts of SPINNING combined with not only music videos, but also Performance IQ software to measure performance!! This class uses power rather than music to drive the class BUT the music may be used as a tool to set rhythm, tempo and emotional overtone. Prepare yourself for a fun-filled mix of work and fun.
