A 6-Week Jungian Shadow Work Experience taught by Regina Compernolle

- Gestalt Exercises, Journaling & Guided Inner Work

This experiential course combines Jungian psychology with Gestalt practices to help you integrate unconscious aspects of the psyche, reclaim inner strength, and cultivate greater wholeness, creativity, and emotional freedom.

No previous experience required.
