Late Night Jam Session

About this event

Every Friday and Saturday night the Foundation opens its doors to musicians and jazz enthusiasts alike. These sessions are more than just performances; they're a living tradition where seasoned artists and emerging talents come together, creating spontaneous and soulful music that echoes through the early morning hours. This tradition dates back to the 1930s, when musicians, after finishing their regular gigs, would gather to play into the early morning hours. The Foundation continues this legacy, providing a space where seasoned artists and emerging talents come together for spontaneous and soulful performances.

Whether you're a musician eager to join the jam or a jazz enthusiast looking to experience authentic Kansas City jazz, the Mutual Musicians Foundation offers an unforgettable late-night experience.
