Book Discussion: Red Bird Danced by Dawn Quigley

About this event

" Red Bird Danced " is a moving story of family, identity, and resilience. This juvenile novel follows two Indigenous cousins whose lives are shaped by loss, separation and the search for belonging. Rich with themes of community, culture and healing, it offers an opportunity to discuss the power of connection and the ways people find their way back to one another. Meet the author at this year’s Writers Conference from November 13-14. Space is limited so registration for each discussion is required. Regular print copies of the book are available for participants to borrow. Register for further details.
