About this event
Unwind into the evening with the support of the aerial hammock. Play with gravity and resistance to unlock tension through mindful motion and breath. Enjoy movement on the floor and in the air, transitioning between reclined, seated, standing, and (optional) inverted positions. Please wear comfortable and form fitting clothing, with no plastic or metal components. Students of all levels welcome! No hammock experience needed. Space is limited - please reserve your hammock on-line. All hammocks spaced to maintain safe social distancing protocols.
