Please join us for a small group stretch class led by certified fitness instructor CayLee Isern! CayLee has taught multiple classes at other breweries in the Johnson County Area and this will be her first time leading at Red Crow! CayLee has a deep love for all things fitness and for teaching her community! This will be a 45 min deep stretch for all fitness levels at The Nest! Your ticket will include the stretch class as well as a beer or seltzer when youre done! This class is very limited and tickets will go fast! **Please note you will need to bring your own yoga mat as they will not be provided for this event! **
