About this event
Yoga Wall & Fascia Training with Props @ 5811 Woodson Decompression is crucial to health, size, and shape - and turning back the clock. This class, in combination with the Yoga Wall class, can give you new freedoms in movement and less chronic pains. You'll experience tractioning of the spine that allows for hydration of the spinal joints and that can improve range of motion and lessen chronic pain. In class, we will use the yoga wall, foam rollers, many block sizes, balls, and rolled up towels and blankets and other tools to help us release fascial restrictions and open the circulatory flow that can lead you to releasing old debris and toxins, improving posture, optimize cellular function, and age gracefully. Yea, I'll take all of that. Fascia decompression techniques are the newest fad, but the instructor has been on the fascia journey since 1992 when she started massage school. A massage therapist and movement instructor for 30 years, come and experience benefits and possibly even changes in your posture.
