- ➤ Ninety-four-year-old Korean War veteran Rex Comley received his long-overdue Purple Heart on Feb. 15 at the American Legion Post in Overland Park. Don Puchalla helped organize the ceremony attended by family, friends, and fellow veterans. KMBC
- ➤ Olathe was named the top city to live in Kansas this week by US News and World Report after evaluations on education, healthcare, air quality, and other measures. The city earned a score of 6.3 and beat Overland Park by 0.1, ranking 79th nationally. Olathe Reporter
