Olathe senior Gary Scott said he still struggles with high property taxes even though county relief is available and the city’s rebate program opened Monday, Mar.

Johnson County Emergency Management launched Severe Weather Preparedness Week and urged residents to spend five minutes today building an emergency plan with meeting points, evacuation routes, and kits.
The county will hold a statewide tornado drill Wednesday at 11 a.m. and urges sign-up for Notify JoCo alerts.
