- ➤ Travelers returning from spring break have faced delays at airports outside the metro area because of staffing issues, though Kansas City's airport remains on schedule despite busy parking garages and high traveler numbers Monday. - ➤ Kansas lawmakers are shaping a sports authority to support public ownership of the new Chiefs stadium near Legends by using STAR bonds + sales tax.
