GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Kansas legislators overrode Gov. Kelly’s veto and ended the three-day grace period that allowed mail-in ballots to be counted if received after Election Day. The new rule will start in 2026 (after debates over its effect) and (requires ballots to be postmarked by Election Day). KSHB
