- ➤ At a Johnson County Board of Commissioners meeting last Thursday, officials approved a nonbinding letter of intent from the Greater Kansas City Home Ownership Initiative to partner with VanTrust in boosting affordable housing—other stakeholders are invited to join as the group evaluates development options and best practices. - ➤ Susan True, a co-founder of WIN for KC who helped expand girls and women’s sports, died on March 29 at the age of 87.
