CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Olathe police charged 47-year-old Dartanan Hudgens with premeditated first-degree murder after a neighbor prompted a check on 75-year-old Karen M. Peterson’s home on N. Persimmon Drive on April 30, where her body was found, while court records state she was killed between March 11 and March 21—Hudgens faces a $1 million bond and is scheduled in court Monday afternoon—. - ➤ Olathe police charged Dartanan Hudgens, 47, with first-degree murder in the killing of 75-year-old Karen Peterson—whose body was found on North Persimmon Drive May 1 after a wellness check—and he is held on a $1 million bond. KMBC
