- ➤ Residents in unincorporated Johnson County oppose a proposed 300-acre data center in Gardner and have signed a petition with over 1,000 names. City Council will host developer Q&A sessions on May 13 at Wheatridge Middle School & May 15 via Zoom, with final review planned for June 15. Johnson County Post

- ➤ The Snapshots of America 250 event at Shawnee Town 1929 took place this past weekend near downtown, showcasing 250 years of American history with reenactors and interactive displays.
