CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ At the National WWI Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, Memorial Day ceremonies on Monday honored fallen soldiers and featured a call to action from Dr. Matthew Naylor to serve one another—urging everyone to carry forward a legacy of peace. - ➤ Kansas Tourism’s Sunflower Summer program won the Best Local Impact Campaign award on May 23 for drawing families to over 200 local attractions—nearly 500,000 tickets were redeemed in 2024.
