Cookie Co. reopened its Johnson County stores in Overland Park and Lenexa at the end of July after a months-long hiatus, offering a rotating menu of jumbo cookies from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday—local fans now welcome the brand back as it plans to expand in the Kansas City area.
