The 400000 square foot 14 story building by Lineage Logistics will get $310,000,000 in industrial revenue bonds and a 10-year 80 percent property tax abatement — funding construction costs. - ➤ Olathe City Council approved demolition of four tracks along Santa Fe from Ridgeview to Mur-Len on October 7 for the Santa Fe Project, and demolition will begin around November 18—driver impact is expected to be minimal. - ➤ On Tuesday, the city council approved a $155,185 change order to cover extra corrosion found in the city hall roof—raising the budget for renovations. Olathe Reporter
