  • Olathe City Government is accepting entries for a snowplow paint design contest for children—submissions will be accepted through November 1. The contest offers a chance for young residents to have their creative ideas featured on the new city plow, Daniel Plowloi.  Olathe Reporter

  • Dillons, a Kansas grocery chain now owned by Kroger, will return to Olathe with a new store at College Avenue and Sunnybrook Boulevard near Lone Elm Road — the company is working with the City to finalize plans and set a future construction schedule.  Johnson County Post
