  • Aaron Perry, a Cedarville University senior from Overland Park, launched Misogi AI Solutions to help sales teams follow up with leads using AI-powered SMS text messaging. The business began in late summer and had a few clients by early October—Perry said it will let companies focus on their core work.  Johnson County Post
  • Fiserv shares dropped nearly 41% after the fintech firm missed profit targets and cut its full-year revenue and profit guidance, prompting leadership changes. The company also planned a regional headquarters in Overland Park—home to 2,000 employees to boost local tech talent.  KSHB

SPORTS NEWS

  • Osage City native Blake Treinen pitches for the Los Angeles Dodgers and is aiming for his third World Series title, hoping to help the team secure back-to-back championships. The 37-year-old, who played at Osage City High School and was drafted in 2011, will join history if the Dodgers win—an honor last seen when the Yankees did it in 2000.  FOX 4 Kansas City
